Sivananda Yoga
Shivananda Yoga is a form of traditional hatha yoga based on the teachings of guru Swami Sivananda. It is based on the principles of the four paths and five points of yoga. The four paths of yoga consist of Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga and Jnana Yoga. The five points of yoga consists of exercise, breathing, relaxation, diet and positive thinking and meditation.
